ISA Strategy 2030 seeks ‘growth with sustainable value’ composed of three dimensions: generating shareholder value, creating social and environmental impact, and ensuring corporate sustainability.
This vision favors the incursion of ISA INTERVIAL in several initiatives with environmental and social impact. Since 2019 when the first process of measuring the carbon footprint began on a voluntary basis, with the objective of obtaining data on emissions on an annual basis, starting with the period of 2018.
And so, the following years, 2020, 2021 and 2022, it decided to go a step further, neutralizing the emissions associated with the fuel it uses in roadside assistance, including fleets of vans, cranes and motorcycles. This service covers 100% of the measured and verified emissions of the Road Safety Route Management process (formerly called Customer Service). The company is also ISO 14001 certified, which helps to manage and identify environmental risks that may occur internally in the company.
